Holds quite a bit of jerky at a time. Fairly easy to take apart, clean, and put back together. I say fairly because the tolerance of the metal pieces you snap the trays into are tight, but its sturdy and won't fall apart when lifting it out of the Foodi. I've bought this more than once and will probably buy another for my father in law as a gift.

After I got this, I found I didn't need the trivet anymore. This works for everything from boiled eggs to steamed veggies to cooking a steak. I really like it for its multipurpose uses.

Not much space between trays. It's just too small for much dehydrating.It didn't work for what I neededConstruction was good and it may work for someone else or be used for steaming.

I did return this instantly because it was super hard to get layers together and apart. It is so tiny I have 3” extra room all around sides. There is no way to place items on layers and put it together to stack without items flying off. This was a very poor design

I have only just discovered the world of dehydrating fruit in my NInja, which makes these racks a huge plus. However, the first couple of racks are very hard to get into the "ladder). I actually pinched my finger once and cut myself on a wire that was sticking out slightly. I would just keep the thing assembled but space is an issue and I like to thoroughly wash off any sticky fruit Still, it does what it's supposed to and, until I find the "perfect" alternative, I'll keep drying fruit with this.

It fits my airfryer and so far it easy to use.
