The product was missing the power cable. It came with a PC power cable.However the product was not the defective.

Bought 2 units at the same time. One unit is functional, but base and screen mount stand did not connect properly. Had to tweak the base mount. Other Computer worked until it didn't. Intermittent blackscreen boot. No way to recover but to reboot. Rest BIOS. Added second monitor. Set BIOS to only use 2nd monitor and it would not pick up during boot process, so blackscreen continued. Trying to return non-functioning unit. Will update once refund is complete.
