Just what I needed for my the right price, I just kept my fingers crossed since it was a refurbished but it runs and works perfectly. Not a scratch and for what's under the hood the brand itself DELL I gotta say I got an excellent deal. If you haven't been in the 2in1 ecosystem yet you're missing out big time. All in all I love my new pc slash tablet slash laptop.

Couldn't get a good connection on primary charging port. Tried two different chargers. Having to return and order another one that meets "Excellent" standards. Would expect all components to be like new.Now ordered a second one and it came with an i5 processor and 256GB drive instead of the i7 as defined on the product page. This renewed program seems like a front for a scam where these sellers are trying to sneak products that don't meet standards off on people that won't check.I'm beyond angry with the quality of these products and the delay in getting them refunded. All I want is a working laptop with the specs defined. Don't care about signs of use. It has to charge and it has to have the processor defined in the product specs. COME ON AMAZON!3rd laptop I kid you not, round charger for USB C port. I've lost faith in humanity. Going to find the 3 different providers who did these and post them here. Writing a letter to Amazon renewals program head.

I bought this for work. It is reasonably fast for browsing, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.I was a little frustrated it wasn't faster, but then I remembered I paid a little over $200 for it and it's awesome.It's light, I watch videos on it, I travel with it, the reversible touch screen is awesome. Get you one, or a few.I don't recommend for kids as it's light and seems fragile. If you want something for your kids, I'd recommend something form Lenovo that's more sturdy.

The computer is a great little laptop. My unit arrived looking very good but right off the bat, I noticed the inspection card that marked off the fingerprint scanner not working. This shouldn't have been sent out. The description of this unit said excellent condition, 100% functional. It's guaranteed under the Amazon Renewal Program, but I shouldn't have to go through the hassle. And trying to call the sellers was impossible telling me they couldn't find the order number... Another hassle. Not happy.

I love the size, small enough to tote easily in a backpack yet larger than a tablet and all the functionality of a laptop. It’s a bit on the heavy side but it has the reinforced case and gorilla glass, which when you’re not blessed with grace can be pretty handy. The gorilla glass is not as receptive to our larger Dell 7791 2N1 glass screen, but has all the crisp and clarity of it. The screen is amazing. The backlit keyboard isn’t the greatest but it is better than nothing. Overall, a great product that came packaged well, in excellent condition and arrived fairly quick.

Laptop is received in clean condition but when I open and check keyboard is not working.Since touchscreen is working I am able to work with onscreen keyboard.Current I am travelling so I do not have time to return the laptop

Condition is Excellent as described. Tiny scuff on corners that are very easy to miss was the only marks I found. No screen bruising, hinges are solid.I've always been a power user and preferred Desktop Replacements, however this always made light traveling and routine work a bigger hassle. Two - Three hour battery life just didn't leave room for troubleshooting. The high efficiency laptops I've used always resulted in a laggy experience. I got a Dell 7480 from work and began to realize there are strong notebooks with great battery life and that's when I found the 7390 2 in 1.This laptop has replaced an old Dell D830 I used as a beater work station on Windows 7. It is also replacing a Motion Computing tablet running Windows 10 that I use for automotive diagnostics since the touch display makes it easier to use in cabin. So far I have seen 8 - 10 real hours of battery life (Well over 80% lifetime left as per description). Can definitely see 14 hours if watching a video offline. I have an MSI GP66 for my mobile performance rig, but the utility of this little thing blows everything else out of the water. I no longer have to use a smart phone for couch browsing.I rarely do reviews, but this item blew my expectations out of the water. Very happy with my purchase.
