The Dell PC itself is good. I had no problems with the PC. The keyboard and wifi adapter however, junk. The keyboard is some off brand piece of garbage. Two of the keys were never separated from the factory, so every time you pressed the E key the D got depressed as well. That makes logging in fun, “I know I typed it correctly, WTF!” The WiFi adapter is an N protocol adapter. Wireless N went the way of the dodo in 2013. At least put an 802.11AC adapter in there so you can get speeds over 30mbps. Had to spend an extra hour putting in a network drop and installing cat 6 cables.

Computer does not support HDMI, its WIFI is slower than a snail (30 Mbps) while others in the house get about 130Mbps on the same router, Bluetooth does not work, even when an external WIFI transceiver device was attached. The keyboard and mouse are the lowest quality available and needed to be replaced with decent ones

This purchase was for a NEW Dell computer. The very first day I had problems with my purchase. I contacted a DELLtechnician and he ran tests. It turns out my computer was months old and had another operating system under the Windows 11. The Dell technician would not work on the computer because of this. He wanted to take it back to the original operating system. (which by the way was in Arabic) The computer was first registered in the United Arab Emirates. Is this a normal business transaction?

So far, so good. I bought two of these to replace our aging desktops. This model has the 14th gen i7 chipset, 32G RAM and 1 TB storage. OS is Windows 11 Pro. Set up was easy and I matched each of these desktops to a pair of 27 inch monitors (desktop is capable of connecting to 3 monitors). It does come with a WiFi adapter; however, I use a hardwire connection to a fiber router. It appears that the WiFi adapter works since I can see my WiFi-4 networks on the list of available networks. Graphics capability is sufficient to provide excellent quality on the monitors and on downloads--probably not a great choice for high end gaming. Bottom line--I am very happy with the product; it meets my "must have" list across the board. It's a powerful desktop for all of my needs at home and I expect it will cover my needs for years to come.

This computer was shipped to me in the time frame i was told. Packaging was perfect. Unfortunately, thru no fault of the seller there was a manufacturing issue (not a computer wizard, but guessing it was a defective HDD drive). The seller responded to my questions immediately and offered a couple solutions for rapid replacement. i selected one, and issue was immediately resolved.Couldn't have asked for better customer service - thanks
