This might be the only product and service which brings me here to give a 5 stars review, and leave some sweet words, cuz they deserve it. After working with this mini over 10 days for programming, I have to admit that it performs great and out of my expectation actually. When I look at the RAM, the 32 GB RAM really surprised me, and that’s the big why it runs so fast. Plus, the seller is really thoughtful and generous, they also put a keyboard and mouse come with the mini host. Strong recommend to ya’ll

The only thing that is annoying about this computer is the loud fan. This is to be expected since the computer is so compact but everything else about it works well

The USB-C port does not work, not a huge deal as I just had to get 2 DisplayPort adapters and use the provided power cord. It arrived well packaged in a box of expanding foam with a wired keyboard and wireless mouse which was nice.

The product arrived well packaged and it was very clean and in great condition for a refurbished item. Included were some useful accessories that were better quality than I expected, and turned out to be quite useful. Very satisfied with the purchase! I swapped in 32GB of Crucial memory, a larger SATA HDD (for boot) and a M.2 NVMe drive (for storage) and I'm using it as a Proxmox VE host for Home Assistant and some other home lab stuff. Very quiet, small, and efficient and all the above loaded up without a hitch! Just be careful to purchase the 2666 speed memory and not the 3200 memory - it would not POST with the latter but works great with the former.Of note, although I didn't really use it as a Win 10 desktop for very long, I was quite surprised at how usable it was out of the box as shipped!

When I first tested this machine it would throttle/shut down once faced with any high load. After troubleshooting, I took the CPU cooler off and found that the thermal paste had turned to stone! It must have not been changed in the refurbishment. I cleaned the CPU cooler and CPU, applied new thermal paste, and it works great now! One other note, the wifi they include isn't built in, rather they provide a USB wifi dongle. Overall this is an excelent machine that will fit my purposes as a container server.

Item came packaged well and was in excellent, Grade A condition. They even included a wireless usb dongle as a courtesy. I own a small MSP and may recommend this reseller for our client PCs. Most clients don't want to spend the money for new and these would work well. Honestly there is NO REASON not to purchase late model refurb PCs as they have a ton of life in them.
