This Is pretty good for the price you get everything you need with it the monitor and keyboard are good but the speakers have a little static and the mouse is cheap feeling but other than that it's fine. The pc runs minecraft and fortnite at about 60 fps but the picture quality isn't very good. Another problem I had was it showed 5 bars on wifi but really felt like 1 bar.

My fiancée bought me this to replace my old outdated computer. It is definitely worth what he paid. Everything came just as described and was easy to setup. I am on it daily and enjoy it. The thing I love the most is the light up speakers, keyboard and mouse.

The price is decent, but ya get what ya pay for! NOISY hard drive, included speakers where only one speaker works at all, and a keyboard that does not light up as advertised. (Do they even check the components?) Also, several of the USB ports don't work. This is the 2nd machine ordered from Amazon, first one was DESTROYED in transit. Purchased a 2nd one, only to find it was from another vendor and over $30 more. SO... overall a truly MEDIOCRE experience from Amazon and this vendor...

I bought this for my son for Christmas, of course he wanted all the lights/etc for his first PC. I’m a single mom on a budget so this was “best possible” with my tight budget. First off - it’s pretty awesome with all the colors! My first impression was good! It started quickly, and ran smoothly UNTIL…Few short hours later, my son said something was wrong with the PC. It was over heating. With him being a teenager - I explained the importance of not adding too much junk to it and got a desk fan to help cool it off. He let the computer cool down before playing with it again. Once turning on the Pc - setup was normal but once he opened up an app - it immediately closed and the whole PC turned off. Then the error messages - can not connect to one drive, can not connect/detect to graphics card.I messaged the seller with little to no response besides it can still be returned. The computer was a laggy , like terrible laggy. Of course with the specs, I was expecting some lag. But I’m pretty sure some of the specs are not as listed.Fortnite (worked one time on the PC) will not run. This is upsetting due to that’s the one game he wanted to play on the PC. The headset works but not the microphone - I even bought a new headset but microphone will not work. Gaming controllers with Bluetooth will not connect , it does display like it will but won’t fully connect. Not possible to have dual monitors. The WiFi connection is via USB which cuts down on an extra USB connector.Overall for a good “regular” PC - it does the job, but by far not a gaming PC.Once again - you get what you pay for ! A real gaming PC despite the huge cost is definitely worth it.

I was nervous purchasing this package, but my laptop's 15 yrs old and I desperately needed better equipment for the Zoom meetings I'm involved with. When I first received my package I upset to find the tower wouldn't work. I reached out to a friend in IT at work who came over and confirmed the tower I received was a dood and useless. Luckily the seller STG Global then reached out to me regarding any needed tech support. I responded with a bit of nasty message as I had received a lemon and was sure I was out of my money. STG Global surprised me by sending me a Fed Ex label to return the unworking tower then sent me a replacement tower. I was afraid they would need me to return all the parts, but they were good with me just returning the tower for replacement. Now my package is smoking. It's all speed & cool lights and I no longer worry about crashing in the middle of a Zoom meeting.

The goodish: At first I really liked this computer, I got it for some at home work and gaming (Minecraft & Valorant). It was great for work. Minecraft lagged badly in Java but once I switched to the windows/bedrock version it played smoother. Valorant seemed to play good but I don’t have great internet so it’s hard to tell & the PC would occasionally crash mid game leading to afk offenses. One thing to note is that the monitor it came with was a wall monitor, I knew there was variations to what monitor you could get but there was no info about it possibly being a wall monitor. It was actually kind of nice for me but if you live in a place that can’t have a wall monitor keep in mind it’s possible for it to come with one that only works on the wall. The very bad:As mentioned before it would occasionally crash completely powering down but it would always boot back up and work fine after. About 6 months after I got it the pc crashed mid use, I went to turn it back on and it popped up with a screen saying the PC needed to be recovered with a special disk. I looked up the error code and saw that sometimes that is caused by a usb or power cord not being properly connected and to unplug all cords and check their connection. I did this and In doing this found that the power cord (sent with the computer originally) had melted. For background I only use the computer 4-6 hours at max in a day and had only had the computer on for about an hour when this happened so if I was using this full time for work instead of just occasional projects I don’t know how this pc would have held up. I reached out to the pc seller and after about a week of trying to get in contact (calling and them never picking up or calling me back, them insisting on calling me and then not) they told me to simply pick up a new standard 3 prong power cord. I was obviously worried that there was a bigger issue that would lead to the pc melting a cord but did what they said. They didn’t tell me any other details like what voltage requirements it needed so I looked around and got one that matched the voltage that most on the market are, that didn’t work. I looked at the original cord and it had a different requirement and after scouring the web found one that matched it and tried it however that didn’t work either with the computer only having a flashing orange power light/nothing on screen/and the fan running loud. I then reached out to the seller again and told them this and they said to take it to a local computer repair person because my warranty had ended. Luckily I had gotten the extra asurion protection plan. I called their tech support and they told me that this usually means that the power supply unit has failed and I would need to file a claim to get a refund. I’m glad I got the protection plan but this means packing up a pc, monitor, keyboard, and mouse and shipping it to asurion in order to get an Amazon gift card refund. Bottom line I’m in shock that in only 6 months of owning this pc the power supply unit failed and on top of that the customer support was incredibly lacking once I did experience issues.
