I recently had to replace the shower valve in my master bathroom. This valve is designed to provide water to three shower features. It should also be able to run any combination of two of the three features. Our master shower has a rain head, a shower head, and body jets. After paying several hundred dollars for the contractors to take out the old valve and install this new one, we learned that this valve does not provide the pressure we needed to push water out to the body jets by themselves. And don’t bother trying to run the body jets with the shower head. I would get more pressure if I hired people to stand around me and piss on me in the shower.

I had a problem with the wrong cartrige in the box. It was unfortunate, but Delta took care of it no questions asked. The product is very high quality. If I did it all over again, I would probably skip the body sprayers.

I bought an item that someone returned and it said "like new" but the scratches are very noticeable. Also the parts are dismantled and I am unsure how it goes together. I will try you tube but this may have to be shipped back.

The plumber installed it but even he complained it was difficult to install mainly because the hardware that came with it was/were too short ie not compatible which is annoying as I had to pay him extra for the additional time to install it
