DeltaTrak TempDot High Temperature Dishwasher Thermal Labels, Model#54126, packed with 144 labels provide a record of temperature change in commercial dishwashers, warewashers, and pot washers. These indicator labels validate that dish or utensil surfaces have reached the sanitation temperature of 160°F (71°C).
These single-use waterproof temperature indicator labels can be adhered to dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, or other kitchenware. When the temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) or higher, the white dot on the label changes to black, clearly indicating that sanitization has been achieved.
TempDot features a transparent overlay to provide stability of the visual indicator dot. The label does not leave a sticky residue on kitchenware, so used labels are easily removed and can be affixed to a log book for record keeping. TempDot dishwasher Thermal Labels are a low cost method of ensuring code compliance.
