Was really hoping to get this because it’s a great model to educate dental patients about gum disease. However, the product arrived with one of the tooth broken from the model. I then requested a replacement and the replacement also arrived with a broken tooth, a different one this time. Apparently the packaging is poor or the product is fragile, or both. Ended up having to return both items. Disappointing!
