The first thing I want to say is that I really love this machine.It’s honestly amazing.From the very first night I used it, I noticed that I slept so much better.There are just a couple of things I want to mention:1. The machine is very strong — which I love. But the wider you stand with your legs, the more intense it feels.2. I wish it was a little bit bigger. When I stand in the middle, my toes sometimes touch the button, and I accidentally turn it off. I wear a European size 40, just so you know.That being said, I didn’t return it — because to me, that’s not a major issue.I really love how powerful it is, and I didn’t want to risk ordering another one and not getting the same strength.It does exactly what it’s supposed to do.I just wish it was a bit wider, especially since I’ve seen other machines with bigger platforms.But overall? I use it multiple times a day.It’s addictive!Sometimes I just scroll on social media while standing on it, and the time flies.If you want to do your health a favor — get this machine.It’s really, really good.

Easy to use. Easy to adjust with the remote control. Effective. Quiet enough that I can easily listen to TV. Improved circulation and balance. To me, it feels like a standing massage.. Worth the money. Recommend starting at lowest speed and a short amount of time.

The vibration machines have advanced so much in the past decade. I almost wasn't going to try again. But this machine exceeded my expectations! I'm addicted! My metabolism and my vibration are raised! Sitting or standing will work you out. Afterward, you get that full-body bliss and afterglow like a massage!It will also increase your pedometer steps! Don't pass this. Get it!LOVE IT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love this machine I've been using it about a month now and it's great. Its roomy enough so you don't feel like your going to fall off. I don't use the resistance bands that come with it I just use my own dumbells and that works better for me. I have lost 10lbs in the last month with eating right working out incorporating this machine so I give it 4 stars and would recommend it. Just make sure you pay attention to the weight limits.
