DERNORD Sanitary Clamp with Wing nut
This DERNORD Wing Nut Clamp Flange Quick Clamp Stainless Steel 304 with Centering O-Ring is commonly used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. A circumferential clamp and centering ring form the vacuum seal between the connecting flanges. The material of the clamp and centering ring is stainless steel 304,and the red O-ring of this wing nut clamp is made of FKM.This SS304 flange quick clamp is easy to assemble and has high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.This clamp vacuum fittings follow ISO-KF standards.Wing nut hing clamp are often be used in Degassing Chamber, Vacuum Oven, Vent Lines. KF-16 /KF-25 /KF-40 are available.

I like these quick clamps. These are two sizes up from the KF-16 clamps I got earlier for a project I'm working on.Great for clamping two flange pipes together without leaks and the wing nuts are not only easy to use, they hold tight. Good for high heat but I have no idea how they will work in freezing temps. There is no mention of that.Fit, finish and machining are very good. The centering o-rings work perfectly.Heck of a good deal on these. Easy to recommend.
