Design Engineering now offers a heat control kit that greatly reduces heat radiating up through the center console and seats giving you a much more comfortable ride. Installation is straight-forward with CNC cut pieces of our Extreme Heat Barrier material. Constructed of 10mil aluminum bonded to a finely woven layer of high temperature resistant glass fiber and an aggressive self adhesive backing.

This product does help with the heat from the motor compartment. It would be nice if it had a piece that runs the whole length of the seat like the Honda pioneer 1000 kit. I had to add an extra insulation blanket across under the seat. It is lots better and is tolerable now.

Instructions that came in the box were for a Pontiac Firebird. Instructions on the website were not very helpful either.
