Needed a stable and steady chair with armrests and a high back. Unfortunately it tips backwards quite easily so was not fit for use and had to return.

The only thing I don't use anymore is the pillow. Don't need it anymore another family member put it in their car. For a lumbar pillow. It is comfy. Everyone tries to steal it to sit in at the house. It my chair.

When I purchased the chair, I didn't realize the armrest attachments held the entire chair together. It would have been nice if the back had a more solid reinforcement. Also, if you're over 250lbs don't even think about buying this chair. It doesn't have the support you need. I gave it 4-stars because I'm sure it works better for thinner/lighter people.

Arrived in good condition and had all the hardware needed, also went together easily. Chair looks good and has the lumbar support. I would say with the lumbar cushion you have less seating area but without of course you sit normal but a tad bit too postured if that makes sense. Chair suits my office/particular gaming needs.
