Looks decent but the bolts in the back come loose and the pads slipped down. As far as quick release on paper, everything is there, but in reality, it is extremely difficult to get this to mount onto the docking hardware. You have to really force it in place the tolerances are slightly off..

This is very comfortable. The little couple inch triangle ones really just don't give support and tend to dig into my back so I finally got my boyfriend to change over to this. It was a good choice. You get actual support so on longer rides especially, it makes all the difference. The padded part also doesn't spin around on this which is really nice. It was easy to install taking maybe 5 minutes. Durable.
