I had purchased these part less than a year ago. About a month ago I began hearing rattling from my truck and needing a working vehicle, I brought it into a mechanic to check. They told me the sway bar links were both broken and that is what's causing the rattling. So I had them replaced because I needed a working vehicle. So far, the shocks and struts seem fine.I had called them to explain what had happened, but due to their policy, all they can do is replace the part and NO refunds. I explained again I needed the truck fixed and had them replaced, but still no refund, just a discount for my next purchase or new links. What am I going to do with new links if I have new ones? And why would I order again? I wasn't looking for a total refund, just for the links. Disappointed

2013 Ford F150 have 12k on the struts and shocks, nice smooth ride and good on hauling. Did raise the front about an inch higher and if you’re running a leveling kit downsize the spacers.I had a 2 1/2 Spicer that put the truck At 3 1/2 too much strain on the suspension components Drop down to a 1 1/2 spacer rides good now with 34 inch tires.
