I already bought one of these. It lasted about 8 months, then went bad. I replaced it with another one, so we will see how long it lasts.

Replaced the rack and pinion in my Dodge Dakota, lake house truck, about three years ago.The truck is mainly used to haul my fishing boat to local streams and rivers and had very low miles, maybe 500 on the rack and pinion. The rack and pinion had a catastrophic seal leak, driver side, on the boat ramp and dumped the entire power steering fluid.We message to get the R&P replaced under the life time warranty and he state no, he would not honor the warranty, do not send it back!
