The backpack itself is great - many features and much more comfortable than my current pack. However, the seller shipped the wrong color and I was unable to exchange it for the color I ordered. I tried an online exchange and spoke with customer service, and the only option I had was to return the item. Disappointing to have the option to select a color, but have the seller not be able to honor that choice. I’m choosing to keep the pack because it was a good deal.

Se adaptó muy bien a mi espalda . Tremendo producto . Durante toda la expedición se amoldó muy bien a mi espalda . Yo no me acordaba que lo tenía puesto !!!

The seller has a rain cover in the photo, but in fact there is none. The backpack is very expensive and not properly equipped. The product does not match the price. I have a $140 Osprey backpack that is much better than the Deuter. In terms of quality of materials, comfort and functionality, Osprey is much better than this backpack.
