Your cart is empty.Devcon 5 Minute Epoxy Gel is a two-part, high strength, rapid curing Gel formula epoxy. Perfect for vertical and overhead applications, it will not drip or sag and is great for filling gaps. Complete with a Blue Dye Indicator, the blue dye disappears when the epoxy is thoroughly mixed. Only mix the amount of resin and hardener together that can be used within the handling time, and always mix equal portions of resin and hardener thoroughly in order for this product to cure properly. Bonds metal, wood, glass, ceramic, concrete, china, fiberglass, and chrome with a tensile strength of 2500 PSI. Temperature Range: -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The price is reasonable. I use this for multiple projects. It hardens and adheres with a strong bond.

This is the second time I ordered this epoxy. The first time it worked as described mixed well and had a liberal 5 minutes of working time. This second batch mixes well but is starting to harden in less than 90 seconds. I am using it for knife making and that is not enough time. I compared the old and new packs they are identical. I tried to contact the maker ITW but you can't talk to anyone you only get automated questions. If you are going to buy this epoxy make sure you don't need more than 90 seconds to complete the project.

I have successfully used this product for years. However, a recent purchase of 6 @ 0.84 Fl Oz mixing syringes of Devcon Home 5-minute Epoxy gel (Item #21045, SL-21045-3, UFI: U61J-M02Q-U008-9XiK, 831J-30DA-H00s-NKFH), clearly shows a defective product. There is usually a few minutes to mix and apply the glue before it hardens. However, the glue in this recent purchase hardens immediately upon mixing, leaving little or no time to apply the glue. This obviously limits the usefulness of this product. In addition, on the occasions when I could apply the glue before it was too late, I don't know if it retains the advertised strength, over the long-term.

I bought this because it said it bolds metal . I tried to apply it to my microwave to stick back the handle but it was unsuccessful.
