It is a perfect fit & does work. However the housing has a small slow leak that only happens when in use : had to get it sealed by technician.

Replace stock washer pump after granddaughter hit debris on hwy that broke the outflow nipple on oem unit. Simple swap out works perfect on 04 Element.

I put it into my Honda Element (2005) and it Fits and functions like OEM. Zero issues to report. The only question to be answered will be how long it lasts. I WILL update this review should it fail prematurely.Bottom line: A good alternative to OEM at a very good price.
