Ordered this Drill as my 25+ year old corded drill burnt up finally. Drill came with the proper accessories just like the ad showed. Amazon had some delay / snafu, in shipping, said it would be a week later, I wrote the seller, and they checked for me. The Drill was delivered only one day later than the original arrival date.Dewalt Drill looks to be just like new. I'll be using it this weekend . Good Drill , good seller service.

Worked as expected. You’d never know it was a refurb.

Never had a hammer drill. Now know why I should have always had one. Needed for a ‘one time’ project. Hammered through concrete like it was clay. This was a refurbished that looked & performed flawlessly. DeWalt’s always my go-to for a gotta-have now. Purchased case (not available on Amazon) to fit from third party vendor.

I had been struggling when I attached 4x4 posts, since 3/8" drill required me to use shorter bits, and clamp, drill partway, separate the pieces, and finish holes - they never line up perfectly. First hole I drilled was through two pressure treated 2X8's and a 4X4: it was easy, smooth, no big deal. Later, when I had to inbsert bolts, or remove the post and then reattach, it was effortless. Compare this to an old Milwaukee I tried, which weighed about 3,000 pounds! great value for the money, very solid.

I love my Dewalt tools - I've always found them to be extremely reliable. I bought this one reconditioned, but I guess it wasn't very well renewed. The metal ring at the head of the chuck was nicked and gouged so badly that the bit gripping prongs could not be extended. The drill was completely useless and had to be returned. Very disappointing

Purchased this as a factory refurbished but honestly, I couldn't tell any difference between it and brand new, except for the lower cost. I've been using it to drill bottom plates into my concrete slab to for attachment with Tap-Con screws. The drill has performed great.

My employee says he like this drill better than the Makita we use in other vans. It's lighter and has more power.
