I had never owned an impact driver. Always used battery powered screwdrivers. So I didn’t realize how long these bits last with the impact driver. I’m guessing these might last me a few years for my diy needs.

I usually prefer the 2 inch bits but I couldn’t help but flip with how cheap these are vs the excellent quality and durability they provide! The fact they come in their own case is also a win for me.

With my more casual use of these bits, and compared to the amount of use even the the no-name brands last me, I feel like I've cheated Dewalt. 30 bits, with an average lifespan of at least 2 years based on my usage? What a bargain! I could give half of these away as Christmas presents, and still have enough for at least a decade.

I really like these. I was originally buying two packs at Lowe’s for a couple bucks. If I have to switch to a philips bit to for a second I tend to set my first bit down on the nearest flat surface and lose it. Having so many saves me the time of searching for my bit for ten minutes.

Love using these bits. The fact you have so many, it doesn't hurt to misplace one now and again.

I really prefer the 2-inch bits over these short 1" bits but these Dewalt bits actually hold up to the torque where the longer version from another manufacturer get worn out rapidly. So I have to recommend the Dewalt bits because the teeth hold up, superior metal bit, really impressed and happy with this purchase. I'm adding thousand of wood screws to a 15 year old picket fence to counter the cupping and bowing of the boards and replace the rusted out nails.
