The product is decent but is not true to sz. Order one sz up. I just ordered 6 lounge sets of Amazon . They all fit very well except this set as it is a smaller fit . Order one sz up

This knife is well made and makes perfectly thin slices out of even the toughest meats. It comes exceptionally sharp, so be careful. It can cut you just by looking at it the wrong way.

I first purchased a similar Dexter-Russell roast slicer when I first fished for salmon in Alaska. I had forgotten my filet knife and had to go to Tongass Outfitter in Ketchikan to find one. This outfitter had many dozens of filet knives, which confused me at so many choices. A sales rep was also an Alaskan guide and told me the guides all use a roast slicer to filet salmon. Well, I purchased it and found it absolutely perfect to filet large fish. This knife is incredibly sharp and peels off fish steaks in a jiffy without damaging the meat. Oh, I use this knife for roasts and smaller fish. Dexter-Russell makes high quality blades.
