These are excellent knifes for the cost. Easy to sharpen. Easy to clean. I now only have one Japanese knife left. The rest I have happily replaced with these. Are they as high quality fancy steel as the others? Nope. But it’s made in the USA and done so at a good price.

Great knife. Study blade for removing bone and cutting through larger bones in fish. Also ordered the Knife Guard - Blade Protector With Saftey Edge and Grip Defender (1-Light Grey 5" to 7.5") $4.99 since the knife did not come with a protector sheath. They work great together, keeping the blade safe and sharp.

Great knife. Dinging one star for not including or having available a matching blade guard. But the knife itself is very sharp, I use it primarily for trimming briskets and other meats. And of course, USA Made, and, well, Dexter..... what better brand?

This is a no nonsense very well constructed knife. The handle is well designed so you can hold it “tennis racquet” style or like a chef’s knife, depending on what you are doing. It arrived quite sharp and I am extremely happy with the stiff blade for my intended uses.This knife will out last its’ owner.
