This is a great way to capture the water around the taps but unfortunately if you have covers over pre drilled holes this doesn’t work as it doesn’t lay flat. I had to return mine but thinking of a way to make it work over the next while.

This works great at absorbing the water that accumulates around my faucet on my granite countertop. It comes in two pieces that stay detached, but fit together and don’t come apart unless you really bump it or mess with it. The rounded edges look very nice and the length is well balanced with my sink size. This hasn’t shown any signs of molding or hard water spots, so definitely a great product I wish I discovered sooner.

I was looking for a mat to put around my bathroom faucet to catch some of the water that usually splashes up behind my sink. This one has been working great! As soon as water hits it, it soaks up the water and slowly lets it evaporate throughout the rest of the day. So far, after a couple of months, I haven't managed to ever completely saturate it. Sometimes things like toothpaste might get splashed on it - it is pretty easy to scrub off. The color is very pleasant and I was suprised at how good it looked. In all I am really pleased with this and am now thinking about getting it for my other sinks!

My kitchen faucet collects a mass of water around the base due to the handle design. I have tried the reusable foam drying pads, they stay wet.. The rubber faucet mats, which water inevitably spills over the sides and center. That water gets underneath then mildews, they always get torn as we. I was looking for another option and discovered stone. This one has a large enough cut for my kitchen faucet, it is long too so I can put my industrial size dish soap bottle on one side and my hand soap dispenser on the other no problem. It does get soaked under the handle but dries within a few hours when drenched. The color darkens when wet so it is pretty obvious. Since it dries within a few hours fully soaked I have not had any issues with water staying and pooling on the granite counter tops and staining it or mildewing. I would buy it again. It is a thinner stone however and it will absolutely break if you drop it.

I wanted to love this. It didn’t stay put because my faucet has a base plate so it kept tipping to the back side and didn’t look that nice when it’s not laid flat. It’s also a bit wide for my faucet but it would have been fine had it stayed put

It fits well and the water dripped on it dissolves very quickly.
