Do yourself a favour and use the inseam measurements and check where it falls on your legs. You might be better off with something shorter.Since I have to peg the legs anyway it matters less to me, but these sit like wide legged capri pants on me. And wide legged capri pants make it look like I’m wearing a split skirt, not the look I’m going for.The fabric and stitching is what you should expect from this brand, good and durable. It’s a bummer that I will have to unstitch the inside leg seam to peg and re-hem them.

As a tall guy 6'4" it can be hard to find shorts that are a comfortable length. These are great. Seems to run slightly smaller in size than the pants

These are my favorite pair of shorts. I love how the length is, especially for someone tall like me, since I prefer to have my shorts below the knee.My issue is the lack of consistency with sizing. it's actually the most extreme case of sizing inconsistency of any clothing I've purchased. Take a look at my situation and gather your own opinions. I have three sizes of these shorts.In a size 38 these shorts are too big for my waist. The size 40 however are too SMALL for my weight and the size 42 fit perfect. All three were purchased in the same color, and when holding them up to each other I can clearly see that the size 40 pants are indeed much smaller than the waist of the size 38 pants. It makes no sense.I highly recommend people order two various sizes when purchasing these and be prepared to return one of them.

Would have been great if the had sent the right size. But I was sent 40 when I ordered 44, and the only 2 options on the ad where 42 and 44, so go figure...

Ordered these as Dickies in the UK have nothing of this length on their site. Perfect fit but like most said go for a size up in the waist from what you normally order.Well made and have no issues. They do ship for the US but I had no import charges or taxes getting this sent to the UK.Very happy with these.

These pants, all Dickies pants, are sized perfectly. As in, if you wrap a tape measure around your waist, then order that size, they will fit just right. Do NOT order these according to the size you wear in Levi's, or other brand.Pants themselves are a bit long, and are a loose fit, but if you're after that, these are perfect. For me, i'd rather have something that stopped just above the knee and wasn't quite so voluminous. Dickies makes shorts like that, and i'll be buying them next time. Short is EXTREMELY durable. I wore through the butt of a pair of jeans in four months cycling daily. These have been worn nearly daily for three months and don't show the slightest signs of wear. Right thigh pocket is absolutely perfect for a cell phone. Holds my Nexus 4 with wallet case and room to spare. Should be able to accommodate even a Note.
