These are great work shorts. The material is tough and thick, but not too thick to be too warm. Not only Tough, but the flex is great in these shorts as well. The Stonewashed Slate matches well with my Company's Navy Blue Shirts.

These shorts are a slightly lighter material than the regular full-length duck canvas Dickies pants. But that is all to the good as I will be wearing these in hot weather.

The Dickies Duck Carpenter Flex are the best work gear out there. These shorts are just the same as the pants in cut (maybe a little bit tighter waist). I think they used to make a 13” inseam but those weren’t just longer, they fit odddly. Anyway, pants or shorts they’re worth paying the premium.

Best shorts. Comfortable, clean, somewhat dirt resistant (don’t base your purchase off of that, it’s very mild dust that can be brushed right off), true to size, has a little give but still tough material.100% wash them before first use, they’re a little tough before the first wash.

A very odd fit there’s enough room in the crotch when I’m standing up but as soon as I sit down it is the tightest pair of shorts I’ve ever worn it is super uncomfortable to sit actually, the waist is way too small I bought my normal size and I feel like it’s almost a whole size lower stitching is a little sub par when I wear them at work I feel like the stitching could tear easily, if you have the option to try these on and then send them back for a better size I would I probably should have done that in the first place but the actual jean material seems durable

I ordered a 38 waist, but they are definitely too large. I really do like the material and the stretch waist gives you the option for sizing down a little if you're like me an caught in between two sizes. Very comfortable while working! Have worn them multiple times, gotten them grimy dirty and they wash up really nice and hold their color. Highly recommend them.
