I installed this on my 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 Classic 2500 Duramax. I've learned once you take those cheap stamped factory covers off where they were bolted down pushes the metal in so when you reinstall them they leak. The cover is extremely thick and heavy. A bit much because I don't use my diesel for off-roading. But him hoping it adds structure to the rear dif. The bolts are pretty cheap and I didn't like them but they worked. The fills worked good. I used this with a LubeLocker Differential Gasket - AAM 11.5 and it hasn't dripped a drop.

Its nice,some short bolts some long, i used a paper gasket with rtv ,after cleaning and chasing/blowing out the old rtv out of the 14 bolt holes..... hex 6 x1.25m so glad I had a t handle n tap. I used Teflon thread sealant on the drain n fill plugs, filled w 75w90 synthetic w with limited slip additive,to fill to the inspection allen screw port ,which is just below the fill port,taking the spare tire down made it easy.05lly 2500hd, the squeeze bags or quart cans fill directly,

Fits great, no leaks, looks bullet proof. I think Ian Johnson actually verified it is bullet proof on big tire garage. Can't wait for them to make a matching one for my front axle.

Cover and hardware was complete fit for 11.5 AAM axle for lb7 lly and lbz 2500hd. I instslled with a lubelocker gasket no issues.

This is my first Yukon cover and i’m impressed.I needed to change my diff fluid on my power wagon so I figured I would upgrade, I couldn’t be happier.Slowly turning the truck into an overlander so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to beef up the R&P protection.
