This is an accurate and well made caliper. I've mainly used this just to see what size materials are for projects around the house. I didn't use it for anything scientific. It was more for fun. It's pretty accurate and great if you need it to an exact measurement. It was easy to use and easy to hold while using. It works great and I recommend it.

My old calipers got damaged so I was happy to get this set. It's accurate and easy to read. The battery seems to last well and it's feels solidly built. I can easily repeat measurements when loading ammo and checking case length before loading and overall length after loading.

I am extremely satisfied with the Digital Caliper Measuring Tool. This 6-inch caliper, equipped with feeler gauges, is a high-quality and well-made instrument. Unlike the cheap units that are a dime a dozen, this caliper stands out with its IP54 waterproof stainless steel construction and (ABS) absolute scale. The MM/Inch/Fraction conversion feature and auto-off LCD micrometer make it incredibly versatile and user-friendly.I use this caliper for my hobbies, and it has been a fantastic addition to my toolkit. This comes with 2 extra 3V button cells, a clean cloth, user manual, and Phillips screwdriver in addition to the caliper and feeler gauges. There is also a blue storage case but it does not include room for the feeler gauges which have a separate pouch. The caliper comes with a 3V button cell already installed. One nice feature is that there is an auto-shutoff if no operation in 5 minutes.The caliper is made of hardened steel for accuracy and durability. It is capable of measuring depth as well as inner and outer dimensions. There is a set screw and thumb roller. The display can select inches/mm/fractions and absolute/relative measurements.The feeler gauges are etched with both in/mm measurements. The gauges range from .0015"/0.04mm to .035"/0.88mm.Overall this set meets all my anticipated measurement needs. There is also a 1 year warranty.Enjoy!

I own 2 pairs of calipers; one for daily use and one for when I am designing a project. My daily driver started having some issues... like the power button not working etc. I cam across this set and thought that this would be my new daily driver. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and features for the price! Though I have one already, the included feeler gauge set is also a bonus. The feeler gauge appears to be stamped and not printed. So, the values shouldn't rub off or fade with use and time! The most fascinating feature, which I have never experienced before was the ABS function. It is like a tear function on a weight scale; it zeroes the calipers at whatever measurement they are currently set. This is a huge deal when designing parts or models etc. because you can accurately measure offsets and extrusions.All-in-all, these calipers exceeded my expectations: large, crisp display, smooth movement, robust build, good weight and packed with features. Great value!!

I have the typical digital caliper that measures in both inches and millimeters. But I've often thought it would be nice to have one that provides the answer in fractions. Well now I do.Accuracy is clearly important with these, so I tested it against my Woodpecker block gages. My 1" x 2" x 4" block was measured accurately by both of my calibers. The fluctuation was within 0.0005". I also measured the 1/2" bar with similar results.The fractions are nice to have, but the measurement appears to be to the nearest 1/128". This is great, but there are times I'm looking for closer, so I'll be using my inches down to 0.001" in those situations.Comes with 2 spare batteries and a solid case. A small screwdriver is also provided, but that seems unnecessary. And a cloth to clean the display.All in all, a good caliper to have in my shop.

This handy tool takes the guesswork out of getting the right sized materials at the hardware store such as finding the right pipe diameter for your plumbing work. This is a well built stainless steel digital caliper that can easily measure inside and outside depth of materials as well as depth and step. It comes with a hard plastic case for storage and protection along with 2 extra batteries, a cleaning cloth, and a feeler gauge. I don’t know any products that come with 2 extra batteries so that is appreciated. The included feeler gauge is a tool to help measure gap widths, such as measuring the distance or clearance between 2 parts. It does not fit in the case but is a good accessory to have. It’s very easy to quickly change the units between millimeters, inches, and even take fractional measurements while also having an accuracy of ±0.001inch and 0.02mm. Some nice features are the auto off, but also the instant on when beginning to move the thumb wheel, and the zero setting button for measuring the next section. This caliper would be a very capable tool for any DYI, auto maintenance or mechanical/engineering work.
