I gave this as a gift to my best friend's husband and he loved it He's a fisher and he was so happy to receive it I honestly don't know how well it worked but he was happy when he opened it so I'm going to give it five stars

This is a nice addition to any angling tackle setup. Large easily accessible controls make manipulation a breeze even when wearing gloves. The pull out handle gives you plenty of room to grip ensuring a nice positive hold on your catch. The 110lb limit means it is hearty enough to get good numbers on many trophy catches. This scale also incorporates a pull out tape measure which is great for keeping all your measuring tools in one tidy package. The scale will work on battery power or internal rechargeable so the odds of not having power when you need it are slim. Overall a nice scale and looking forward to seeing how long it lasts.

I ordered this fish scale for a three-day fishing trip. The scale is easy to use and can be powered with batteries or an internal battery that charges via a USB cable. I pressed and released the power button, and the unit was immediately ready for use. I hung a lip grabber on the hook and tared the scale. Then, I hung the bass on the lip grabber and obtained its weight. I also used the internal tape measure to get the length. I donโt know how accurate the scales are because I havenโt placed a known weight on it to check for accuracy.I like the wide, telescoping handle that allows me to maintain a firm grip on the scale while a fish is flopping. I also like the illuminated display so I can get a reading in low-light conditions. I also like the small size that allows it to be stored in my tackle bag. The scales can also be used to check the weight on a multitude of things so long as they can attach to the scale.I didnโt like the tape measure so much. The tape measure is poorly designed. The lip of the tape measure is very small, so when you attempt to pull it out, the lip retracts inside the body of the scale. Then, you have to open the case and feed the tape measure out through the opening. To prevent this from happening again, I took a pair of pliers and bent the lip in a circular direction, which made it easier to grab and more difficult to retract inside the case. The issue with the tape measure is the only negative thing I experienced with this unit.Overall, this is a good scale that quickly starts and is easy to operate. There are dozens of these devices on Amazon, so I canโt say how it compares to one or more of the others. However, the price point is somewhere in the middle. I think the lip on the tape measure needs to be redesigned.

Overall, i like the fact that is rechargeable, the weight scale is easy to travel with, and being a multi-functional item, it does the job. I do agree with most reviewers that the tape does need to have a better design, I didn't have a hard time getting the tape out but it could've definitely been smoother.

Our son fishes almost everyday. He uses this when he fishes so it gets a lot of use. The tape measure could be smoother, but it's functional. It has a fast startup and seems pretty accurate. Overall a great product and price. 2 Thumbs Up.

This hand scale if very versatile. It works well and is accurate. Most recently, I used it to measure grass seed and fertilizer for my yard. I put 30lbs on it with no problems. It's compact and easy to use. I really like the bright, light-up screen, which is easy to read. The quality is great for the price.
