You don't have to adjust emissivity. Once in a great while something might be off abit because of that, but rare occurrence. For the price it works very good

I was curious about temps in my house and where the most heat came from. The temp gun worked great and helped me find the hot spots. Seemed fairly accurate.

My previous digital laser temperature gun was stolen from me and this was the replacement. It’s a cheaper model but it works for what I use it for and that is to measure the temp of my aquariums.

I purchased this thermometer to measure the temperature of milk for making yogurt. Very easy to use. Tried twice. Results are reproducible so far.

Item will not read temperature in Fahrenheit. Reads Celsius accurately but will not work in Fahrenheit mode.
