I purchased this in 2019. I was (and still am) a beginner.I just contacted their customer support for a piece that I broke, and they were very helpful with a replacement part. They really worked with me. And my piano still works great!

This is a solid, good quality, affordable keyboard for people learning how to play. It has semi-weighted keys, and other features that allow one to easily switch from this keyboard to a real piano. Very happy with it.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He loves it. It sounds like a real piano and because it is full sized, he can play anything. The electronics and recording work well. It is worth the money.

This keyboard might be one of the best keyboards for begginers. It's very sturdy and can play every note. My 11 year old daughter loves to play on it and can play clearly with out the keyboard making any mistakes. It might one of the keyboards.

I don't play the piano but when family come to Sunday dinner or Christmas Eve my daughter in law can play for Christmas songs. It is much longer than I expected. I love it!!
