I use this to control the temperature in my lung room. This works perfect since it will control two separate units. One heating and one cooling. Easy to set and. Set you high so when it hits it will turn the cooling unit on. Set the low and when it hits the heating unit will come on. The best part is the ability to set a high low range. Meaning you can set a high of 80F and a low of 65F. Cooling will only come on to keep it 80F and below and the heat will come on to keep it no lower than 65F. Perfect way to create and environment.As for the unit it is well made and easy to read. Easy to set the temp ranges The plugs are put together really well. The unit is sealed nicely. The temp prob has plenty of cord and is small. The lighting for the screen is very bright. Just food for thought is you need complete darkness.If you are looking for temp control for a small space, this will do the trick.

No setting to turn off when proper temp is established. Either the "cold" and "heat" are on or just the "cold" is on
