The iPad cover fits very well. It doesn't add weight to the tablet, it has space for your Apple or a compatible pencil.I find it does pick up fingerprints if you have any type of oil or lotion on your hands. I'd rather have it on the cover than on my device. It stands up well when in viewing mode. I feel it's a good choice for me.

The case is actually really good and sturdy. All sides of the iPad are covered, the cover has the magnetic sleep/wake function, and an Apple Pencil fits into the slot (including first generation pencil). My main complaint with it is the color. I got the rose pink and the product photo shows it as a light pink color. The actual product itself is much darker has more of a red color. It wasn’t really red or pink but it definitely does not match the product photo. If color is a big deal to you, just beware that the product photos do not match the actual product for the rose pink case. My other complaint is the extra slot that I assume is for the Apple Pencil charging adapter. The slot is a little awkward and doesn’t hold the charging adapter well (if using a lightning to usb-c adapter). You kind of have to put it in a certain way so that it’ll stay in place and tilt it so that it bulges out of the case a bit. It’s kind of annoying but something to be aware of if you have the first gen Apple Pencil. Ultimately ended up returning because the color was not correct.
