Las compramos para un glamping y las probamos en la oficina al llegar, el joven que está en la parte superior mide 1.80 y cabe perfectamente, parecen resistentes. Ya veremos cuánto duran.

For what these cost, you hope that these are "the whole package" including comfort. If you're like me, most cots have been an uncomfortable experience that are only marginally better than sleeping on a floor with a shoe as your pillow.Well, let me tell you that these ARE the total package, comfort and all, and are totally worth the cost.We purchased these to use in a Chevy Express van (135 inch wheelbase, 12 passenger version). Our idea is that our passenger van can become an RV as needed, or cargo van, or back to passenger van as needed. We opted for the large size to keep the beds a little narrower so as to allow more space for our other gear (i.e cooking set up, water system, etc).In our RV setup, we keep one bench seat installed to bring our kiddo along. That bench seat also doubles as his bed at night. Thus, the disc-o-bed is for us, the parents.Used as side-by-side, the beds fit perfectly in the van and we love the storage ability under the beds. However, when stacked as a bunk, the rear-slant angle of the van's bench seat pushes the entire bed system back about 2.5 inches, which requires centering the bunks to get the rear doors to close. Since we really want the beds "against the side wall," I ended up needing to shorten the bed frame by 1.5 inches to allow the rear barn doors to close without use of force. This modification wasn't completely necessary, but I didn't like forcing the van doors shut.1.5 inches is as much as you can shorten without putting the bed fabric in contact with the tabs that hold the plastic discs in place (as included in my picutres). It was also just enough to where thevan doors now close normally. If you have a Chevy Express van (135 inch, with one bench seat installed) like me, this "shortened" modification is not necessary and you can use the unit as it comes out of the box if:1) you're using the beds as single level, side-by-side. This is because the rear-facing angle of the bench seat contacts the bed near the top of the bunk frame and forces the set up back about 2 inches2) you set the bunks in the middle of the van instead of off to the side as I showed in my picture.3) you have the 155 inch wheelbase van which has a longer interior, at which point you can even use the 2XL version of this bed for extra lengthOverall, I think the beds are top grade quality and was very impressed, as follows:1) Very sturdy. Easy to see that the frame is thick, strong metal that is designed to last many years. I am 5"11", 185lbs and felt the bed didn't even know i was there. There is absolutely no flimsiness in the design of the bed frame.2) No creaking noises. Many typical cots are noisy when getting in/out, or rolling about during the night. This disc-o-bed is completely silent which we love.3) Very comfortable, even in "large" size. Many people are concerned that the large may be too narrow for comfort. My wife and i found that we had 3-4 inches on either side before hitting the edge of the bed, which is plenty good for us. For comparative purposes, I am 5'11" and wear a 34 inch waist. My wife is 5'7" and average build. Overall, we didn't find ourselves wanting the XL size at all.Aside from width comfort, the other factor is "cushion and support." Here too we give strong marks. The amount of tension and stretch from the fabric material results in a very comfortable bed, so much so that both my wife and I felt that no camping/sleeping pad is not necessary (except maybe for insulation purposes during colder weather).4) The included organizer shelf attachments add quite a bit of usable storage space in a van setup. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the organizer has one huge pocket that is the entire size of the organizer, PLUS added storage pockets, PLUS cubby pockets for drinks5) Easier to store than typical folding cots, due to their shape when stores. In my supplied picture, you see one one disc-o-bed occupies half the space of a typical single person cot.You will find many reviews criticizing the weight of this kit. It is indeed on the heavy side, but I have yet to see a backpacker that lugs around ANY type of sleeping cot. Point is, any type of cot already is a clear sign that you're using your a vehicle to transport your camping gear, and likely wouldn't veer too far from said vehicle for your camping activities. At that point, what you are paying for is a MUCH sturdier, more comfortable, quiter, and space saving system that will undeniably increase your sleep quality while camping. In conclusion, the unit is so good and comfy that you'll feel proud to let friends and relatives sleep on it if/when they stay over at your house for the holidays.

These are great. But seriously, stop looking now if you think you're going to easily carry these in anywhere. This is purely car camping merchandise. They take a bit of practice to setup quickly, but they store well, into two individual bags for each cot. As mentioned, these are incredibly sturdy. Two heavy adults can sleep in these without issue. I cant comment on how long the fabric will last, we have used them on two camping trips only, but they have held up great so far. I bought the rubber feet sold separately to protect the tent floor, and I think they are worth every penny. If you have limited floor space in your tent setup, these work great to minimize footprint. They sleep pretty comfortably (much better than on the ground), and are so nice you could use them to provide guests a sleep space if you have limited room / beds at home. They are proud of them, but they should last for a very long time.

Buying this cot system was a leap of faith as I personally had never seen one and certainly never thought that we'd pay that much for two "camping cots".Still too cold to camp BUT it has nearly paid for itself in that my entire family slept comfortably in one hotel room for 3 nights; saving the cost of an additional room. A couple more trips to tournaments and we will be ahead $$-wise.I slept several nights on one of these and can attest that they are very comfortable and easy on my 50+ old body. They are narrower than a single bed but the slightly raised sides (where the poles are) keep one from rolling off. Extremely solid construction side to side which lets me sleep with confidence. When set up as bunk beds, there is a slight wobble when pushed front to back but it doesn't feel as that the structure is in any danger of collapsing. Two cautions when assembling the cots: First make sure the release buttons to the discs are not covered by the canvas fabric. This is mentioned in the information booklet. Second, since the three poles (which slide into each other to create the side support) just sit there and are not secured with a threading or a lock, I like to put some tape around the join so that they do not begin to separate. While I think it's highly unlikely that they would pull completely apart (as the canvas sleeve they slide into is very stiff and a tad grippy), adding the tape gives me piece of mind. All in all we are very pleased with these cots and can fully recommend them.

Just wow. These have been an invaluable purchase and have already had so much use I the 3 months I've had them! I have 3 kids, so fitting us all comfortably in a tent can be a challenge at times, but these made it easy. They're as big as a full size single bed, albeit slightly skinnier. The kids enjoyed the nicely of it and found them comfortable. We have also used them alone as adults while moving house and I can testify to the quality and comfort. I use a lightweight inflatable mattress for extra softness, but that's personal choice really. Quick to set up- about 5 mins each, 15 total if you're assembling the bunk bed. About 25 mins to pack down but that may just be because I'm particular about how they return to the carry bags. Very heavy...not suitable for carrying on a camping trip but if you are taking the car, they're perfect. Well worth the money and as I bought the adult size, they should last the rest of their childhood so it will turn out to be cost effective in the long term. Would definitely recommend.

These bunks are incredible. However, we returned and bought a larger size. The original product page had them listed as extra large and as the description now shows, they are actually the large size. If you are a side sleeper or are an extra large person, you might want the extra width of the biggest size. But no matter what size you get, these things are super stable, totally comfortable and save a ton of tent room.

These cots are so awesome! They are a little hard to put together and take apart until you get the hang of it, but once you do, they rock! Although they will always take longer than the instant up/down cots; it takes me about 10 minutes to set up one bunk bed set. They are so comfortable! They are so much more comfortable than any other cot we own, even the kind with the air mattress on top! They hold even big guys, like my hubby, comfortably! They are wide enough for me to lay on one and nurse the baby without having the baby actually lay on top of me, unlike the regular cot we have. That one is too narrow! My hubby, who has such broad shoulders that he wears a 3X/4X shirt can lay on his back and not feel like he is going to fall off!I love how there are no metal bars under the center of the cot, so my shoulders and hips don't get dug into all night long. The idea of having bunk beds is amazing! It frees up so much room in the tent. (Unless you are trying to set up 4 sets -yes that is 8 beds- in a regular tent; then it's a little cramped. However it's less cramped than it was when we were all sleeping on the ground because we can utilize the space going up to put people, and so there is room on the ground for our stuff.... lol)I recommend getting the leg extensions so that there is a little more space in-between the two beds. Otherwise the one on the bottom feels a little claustrophobic, at least in my opinion anyway... (http://smile.amazon.com/Disc-O-Bed-Cam-O-Bunk-Leg-Extension-Set/dp/B0097RNUP4/ref=sr_1_1?s=outdoor-recreation&ie=UTF8&qid=1450468078&sr=1-1&keywords=disc-o-bed+leg+extensions) But the kids haven't complained, so we haven't done this yet...The other great thing about these beds is that you don't HAVE to use them as bunks. You can set them up as single side-by-side beds as well if you have the space. For instance, my hubby and son will take these on their camp outs with the Boy Scouts. In that setting they have the whole tent to themselves so they just set the cots up next to each other. (They only do this when they are car camping though because they are pretty heavy.) You can also set them up into a couch formation, but we've never tried that...
