I bought mine in May 2022. I’m a truck driver and I keep this in my truck and it’s only lasted until November 2024 since then it was nice to have but the problem is it only lasted two years and it’s $400 and there’s cheaper ones out there if it’s only going to last two years I called rec pro customer service and they told me that they don’t service their equipment. They don’t have anybody around the country to service it and it’s out of warranty so they’re not going to replace it. I didn’t care about the warranty. I just wanted the machine Fixed but to pay for something that’s only going to last year it cost $400. Is it going to be worth it to you? That’s what you need to ask yourself so from now on I will not be buying rec pros. I will be buying cheaper ones and see how long they last I figured I would buy an American company product but it’s just not worth it to me.
