Back of axe was delaminating- the handle was so poorly fitted the tried to put a single rod in to stabilize the 1/8” gap then filled and hoped no one noticed- not well made - def not gift able and not worth the time

The metal looked beautiful but the axe head towards the blade was bent and the head of the axe/top theres some parts that are thicker and some that are less, and looking at where the axe meets the handle theres weird pattern that kind of makes me think this isnt actually damascus steel, and its really light for a wood chopping axe, i know that its just a small hand held axe but its got no weight to it i have a knife thats heavier which it could just be a decorative piece but its got a wood cutting edge to it which is fine but its i guess good for chopping sticks or little pine for a fire starter lol not a good wood splitter, i was gunna use this as a new camp axe but now that i have it i might just stick with the one i got from walmart. This axe might be good for a gift or decoration for a man cave. maybe i just got one that was poorly made im not sure. I bought this for hunting and camping trips and its probably not even going to be packed. I should of checked the weight of it before i bought it but even then the axe is bent lol i wont buy from this seller again. If its a gift get it, dont buy to actually use. I guess you could use it for larping lmao

This is a very sturdy built little tomahawk very sharp and came supper fast and the leather sheath is awesome
