I'll be honest - I don't use these very often, but this is entirely based on personal preference. I have zero complaints about the product itself - these are well-made, and the fit and finish is good. The wood is good, the straps are strong, and the buckles are stout. I'd recommend them without reservation, given you actually want what they offer.These seemed like something I'd love, but in reality I'd just rather use a dedicated suspension trainer or a dedicated pair of gymnastic rings, or a real set of pushup handles or p-bars (I have never liked using pushup handles as p-bars, but probably because I suck at p-bar stuff). NGL, though, I probably have a black-and-yellow tote full of similar gear I tried and didn't love. Occasionally something "different" or multipurpose really does tick all the boxes, but I guess for me, more often than not, it just doesn't.If you feel like the mashup of suspension trainer, gymnastic rings, and pushup handles/micro p-bars in one package is something you'd love, you should take a look at these. If you really need/want all 3 in one package, you won't find anything to complain about.4 stars based on quality.

I put the first one together...only to find that 1/4 of the spacers didn't have a singal thread cut into it. Great concept. The first felt pretty decent. Better quality control is needed.

Deze ringen zijn echt geweldig! Gebruik ze voor pull-ups en push-ups, maar ook voor andereoefeningen. Ze voelen stevig aan en het design ziet er super strak uit. Echt een aanrader!

The versatility of the second set blew me away. Not only can I use them as traditional parallettes, but they also transform into gymnastic rings! The adjustable straps make it easy to switch between exercises, and the rings add a whole new dimension to my workouts. Whether I’m practicing ring pushups, L-sits, or ring dips, they hold up perfectly. The ability to switch between parallel bars and rings gives my upper body workouts incredible variety.
