Perfect for cross stitch machine embroidery, punch needle ribbon embroidery crewel and stamped designs. Monaco 28-count can be stitched over 2 threads. After stitching, hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild liquid soap. Rinse in cold water. Let dry flat. Available in tea-dyed color. Box measures 20-inch length by 24-inch width. Made in USA.

I've never used Monaco fabric before I like it because it keeps its shape the colour is good what I don't like its not cut straight I always pull thread till it straight

This is the fabric I didn’t know I needed, but that I have been looking for! I’ve been stitching on 28 count evenweave for a long time, but the traditional evenweave is way too soft and stretchy for my liking. As soon as I take a stitch piece off the frame it feels like my work goes completely askew. With this fabric I don’t have to worry about that. The Monaco evenweave is nice and stiff and sits really well in a Q snap frame without having to constantly adjust the tension. I’ve taken this piece on and off the frame a few times to readjust placement and I’ve never had any problems with the fabric stretching. The color is also a little bit more “tea” colored than my picture shows.

Can't wait to stitch on this fabric. Looks like it will make a gorgeous finished product after stitching. Never tried evenweave so this is new to me.

I love even weave and this color is great for projects when you want white to really show. Charles Craft has a quality feel not too stiff not to floppy.

DMC Charles Craft makes great cross stitching fabric. Now I just need a magnifying glass in order to cross stitch! Lol 28 count is definitely a lot smaller than 14 count!

This fabric worked well for my cross-stitch pattern, but it was both a little more stiff than I expected it to be and a little more dingy-looking. Of course, I haven't worked with AIDA in a long time, so I think I needed to get used to it. However, it never got soft like I remember Aida getting. Oh well, my pattern looked great after it was finished and I framed it, so I guess I can't complain too much!
