I originally reviewed and it was great initially.... But after about 1 year of use it caused corrosion. I would not recommend unless you use some time of insulated barrier. The copper coating/plating was supposed to prevent this but it did not and I just ate through the bracket and started to eat away at my copper pipe....

I used these clamp on uni strut for copper pipe for new water heater installation. Solid. Wished it won't conduct heat. But the uni strut feel warm.

Haven't gotten a confirmation that it can be used to hold copper water pipe, but I know that the steel ones cannot. We are mounting a circulation pump and this is how we chose to do it.The price was fine, it was hard to locate. Looking for a short strut now, hard to find, big box stores in my area only sell long sections that I'd have to cut.
