Worked well for the first several times. Then, the non-uniform ball bearings fell out of casters. And outer wrap of rubber wheel on casters delaminated. Not meant for a 255 man on a brand new concrete shop floor. Will look for some better replacement castors to salvage this unit

This IS NOT for daily use!The headrest came apart. Within 4 months, all the castors lost their bearings. One wheel became unattached. Cool handles to help you sit up, but that was the ONLY good thing.

Ordered orange, seller sent me a Blue creeper. Need it for tomorrow, can't be bothered to return it, and blue creeps as well as Orange underneath a car. Welds are... interesting? The hardware looks like a bolt that has been unitized to the caster. There's no weld bead or anything else visible, and I don't know for the life of me how they did it, unless the rivet is machined as part of the bolt. The swivel bearings on the casters are wide open and easy for dirt and gunk to infiltrate (not sure why this would be an oversight in a product designed to work in a shop. I don't know about your garage floor, but mine is filthy half the time from dirt and leaves blown in.) I don't have a ton of faith in the casters for very long, especially in the swivel bearing. During installation, I noted a couple of them appeared to be fairly flexible in the swivel as well, and a little bit of lateral pressure made them open a bit. Disconcerting to say the least. Instructions say to avoid dynamic movement. Not sure if they mean tilting on the creeper, or just sliding around. Can't wait to find out... Working on the car tomorrow, so I guess we'll know by Sunday.

After a year of use this creeper is unusable because the casters leave a trail of ball bearings everywhere it goes until the wheels are left flopping around and can no longer pivot. Critical handicap for an otherwise good product.

This was long overdue. I had a cheap plastic one that never worked very well and cracked. The handles on this one are perfect for lifting myself up and also helps me avoid pinching my arms under the wheels.Comfortable and worth the money. I'm an HVAC installer and spend a lot of time in crawl spaces.

Bought for my mechanic husband and he loves it - says the head rest is perfect (not too high, not too low), creeper is sturdy and is perfect for his job.

Good solid creeper. Have been using for a few months now, and it’s holding up good. The only problem is the adjustable headrest. The release for the headrest sticks, and it’s a bit of a pain to put flat again. It does have a good solid frame, decent set of wheels, and a comfortable pad.

Looks like a good creeper, but it rides to high head rest could have more of an angle. Not very durable rubber on wheels fell off bearings fell out. She isn't ment to be used day in and day out.

didn't like the poor hardware and cheap wrenches. After I got it put together it seems ok but it makes me wonder if I shouldn't have went to Graingers
