Super recommended, the whole description is super correct I've been using it for about 3 months and so far we haven't had a problem. Very good purchase.

I recently purchased the Dog House Heater and I’m already returning it!I encountered a significant issue that makes this product unreliable and potentially dangerous for pets. The heater frequently displays an "EE" error and shuts off unexpectedly. The only way to reset it is to manually unplug and plug it back in, which is highly inconvenient. This flaw means that if you’re not constantly monitoring the app and ready to reset the heater manually, your pet could be left in the freezing cold.Overall, while the initial features are appealing, the unreliability of the heater makes it unsuitable for ensuring the safety and comfort of pets in cold weather. I cannot recommend this product!

First one arrived December 6; installed a couple days later. Worked perfectly until it didn’t (2 weeks later). Get a “motor fault” alert and will not turn on. I’ve tried using a vacuum to remove any possible dust as well as unplugging and resetting. Runs for a short period then shuts itself off again. Replacement was supposed to arrive 3 days ago but is “running late” while my poor girls are trying to survive the cold. Giving it one more chance when/if the replacement arrives…not real happy

It is small but it functions great, easy to operate and love the wifi connectivity. We were out of town and had no issues with the adjustments. The heat level adjusts very easily.

I installed it in a top corner of a doghouse that is about 4' long x 2.5' wide x 2'+ high. It cycles as I programmed it. I installed the thermometer in the same end of the doghouse so I questioned if the temperature in the end with the door was warm enough. So I put a remote thermometer in the house across from the door opening (it's covered with a thick vinyl flap). What I found is: outside temp 20-35 deg fahrenheit, heater set at 74, the end by the door was about 15-20 degrees cooler than the heater was set for. I would probably relocate the heater to the center of the doghouse if I had to do it again. But my dog seems to like it as is. He curls up on the warm end when needed but I usually see him stretched out with his face in the cooler end.

I really wasn't sure what I would be getting when this arrived. I am using this for my rabbit. We just moved and put her pen in our garage. She was inside 100% before. Now the garage is much colder than what she is used to and I feel bad that she isn't inside all the time. I wanted to make sure she had heat that was safe to have on around the clock. This emits low voltage blowing heat. Like a fan but warm. It is not hot to the touch. It isn't warming, with a red glow or an element inside, which is deceiving in all the pictures. That was what I was worried about when I ordered it, so you don't have to worry about that. What I don't like is that you cannot direct the heat in any particular direction. It just blows straight out and when you hang it on the wall, you can't direct it up or down. So, if I don't put it down far enough, it is a waste and doesn't blow on her. And, it doesn't go very far. So, you have to be within about a foot of the fan to feel the heat. I am trying to trap the warm air in around her pen with walls, to trap he heat. It is somewhat helping but may have to get some insulation for her and other means for heating. This may not be enough! If you are using it in a small kennel or an enclosed little dog house then yes, it would work well. Not so great in a large garage and hoping to warm up one corner that is not sectioned off.
