We got these for our dog kennels. We live in Kansas and they tore easy in the Kansas wind. I thought they would hold up better.

One of my kennels on the west end captures most of the west sun. My sweet 2 year old english setter enjoys his new mesh cover, it keeps the sun and heat off of him. His kennel is 10' inside and 10' outside and in the summer months he stayed in for the early afternoon but now he enjoys the outside Washes down well and is tough material!

Bought 2 thinking it would work great for one of my dog kennels and the chicken coop we just built. I put it on the chicken coop tonight and it was cheaper quality material than I was expecting, since I have one very similar on a dog kennel that I bought last year. Well this one was already starting to fray and trying to rip as I was unrolling it and trying to put it up on the coop. I'm scared now to even try putting up the one I got for the 2nd dog kennel I have. Another thing I noticed as well was the zip ties that come with it where just shoved in the bag and they fell out when I opened it. I almost didn't see them when they fell on the ground. Their was also only 6 zip ties so you either need better zip ties or have more on hand just incase.

We got 3 of these for our dog run. They so make a difference on shading for the dogs. Sturdy, hold up to the high winds we get. Zip ties it comes with were not strong enough though. We supplemented with bailing wire and has held up to high winds for over 2 months now.
