How to Trim a Dog's Paw Pads?
Step 1: Stand
- Have your dog lie down
- Coax them onto their side for easy access
Step 2: Spread Pads
- Stand to the side to see the paw bottom
- Gently separate paw pads with fingers
Step 3: Trimming
- Ensure the blade catches the hair effectively
- Angle the trimmer head at 45°
- Clean the blade with a small brush
Step 4: Attention
- Carefully trim between toes
- Especially webbed areas
- Be gentle, and watch for discomfort

I just used it for the first time. My fur baby doesn’t mind the little buzz sound and she did well with me getting in between her toes. At times it seemed to tickle her by expanding her toes open. I say working wonders, easy to use, and wroth getting. The battery was already charged and ready to use.

The product is discounted because they are junk or seconds. I ordered two at the cheap price. neither one of them will cut the hair without 4 or more attempts to cut the hair in the same spot.

It worked perfectly for trimming my shih tzu’s paw pads and was super gentle. It also worked well for trimming the hair around her eyes, nose, and rump area. I would definitely recommend to others.

My dogs are large dogs and this doesn't have the power to trim up their feet. It's much quicker and easier for me to use my full-sized clippers. This might be great for small dogs. I don't know.

I have 2 small dogs(3.5 lb and 8 lb) and a medium size dog (23 lb). This product worked wonderfully on all 3 dogs and I didn’t have to worry about accidentally knocking their paws. The blades are made to where you cannot cut them. It is definitely quieter than my larger electric dog clippers but I think I was unrealistically expecting this to be extremely quiet and that is not the case. Luckily the noise was quiet enough though that none of my dogs seemed bothered by it. My Yorkie is the only one that seemed like it was tickling his paw and would try to pull back. The smaller blades were awesome when trying to get my little dog’s paws trimmed. It was super easy to hold and I appreciate that there was charge in the battery as soon as I opened the package so I could use it as soon as I got it. Definitely a good purchase and good quality so far.
