I am very happy with this training collar. My dog now ceases to bark at everything. I only had to use the vibration feature and he got the message. The first ultrasonic noise I previously bought, did not faze him. He knew and would hide but would still bark at things. He also comes in from out side if I hid vibrate softly. Sometimes I don't even have to use it, and he comes right in. Next I will work on potty training with it. Money well spent on this item.

Works excellent and the quality is good except for the rubber charging port cap. It's not secured to the collar, it will fall out and be lost.Once your pet gets in the water then it's scrapped. Not good on the waterproof statement. 2nd one I have purchased. 2nd time the charging port cover fell out. I decided to go with a different brand. Good product but the charging port cover plug is a failure in design.

My little dog is an indoor dog and she barks her head off at any little noise. I do 99.9% of my shopping on-line so I have a lot of deliveries, including groceries, coming to my door. She goes wild with every delivery. First, I bought one of those things that send a signal that only a dog can hear. It worked great... once! The second time I used it, she just looked at me and went back to barking. It got to a point where I was seriously considering surrendering her to the SPCA. Then I saw an advert for this one and decided to give one more gadget a try. When it arrived, I charged the collar and the transmitter, then put the collar on her. As soon as she heard the Amazon truck pull up, she went wild, as usual so I pushed the vibrate button. She flew off the sofa and into her little safe space. She didn't know what happened. The next time, I let her see me and gave the command "no bark" and zapped her with the vibrate again. Then she realized it was the collar. That's all it took for her to understand what "no bark" means. Now, if she doesn't stop barking when I tell her to, I just hold up the collar and she immediately stops barking. At last, I have peace and quiet!I would NEVER use the shock feature!! I strapped the collar on my leg to test it out. I had it set at the lowest value, then shocked myself. Wow! I came out of my chair! it HURT!! Hate to think how it would feel if turned up to highest value! No.... will never use that feature. It only took twice of being zapped with the vibration to get her to stop barking. Never thought that would happen! Now I am happy and so is my dog!

I uses this on my med to large sized 2 year old lab to train him. It works well and seems to be durable on the dog collar and the hand held unit. I only usually use the tone part and rarely use the shock on a 3 or 4 setting, which is plenty of shock for my dog. Not sure, use it on yourself and you'll know 3 is good enough. The lock it easy enough to use and put the hand unit in your pocket when you are walking. I don't like the fact you have to hit the shock button to change the power setting for the shock, I accidently shocked my dog trying to see what power it was at, so make sure you have the settings you want before hitting the shocker, for that I knocked off a star. It is also not useful to me there is 3 settings, 1 would be fine if I could just adjust it on the fly without shocking the dog.

Works well, battery life is decent. There’s a nice lock feature on the side. Can’t comment on if it’s waterproof or not, we haven’t tried that out. The beep option is a long beep, which I don’t care for- my prior collar did a quick beep to alert the dog. I do like the light option on the collar to see where they’re roaming at night. The only thing I wish was different was the ability to see if it’s on or off - it doesn’t blink green or anything

If I added a photo to this review, all it would show is the shock collar on my dog's neck and that would be of no beneficial help to this review. I received everything that was stated in the description. Nothing was missing and it was packaged with care. The Instruction Manual was very easy to follow and it even included General Training Tips when using the shock collar. I have used both features, vibration and shock, and both works as it should. The battery hold its charge and my dogs does not seem to view the collar as a threat. I've been using this product for several months now and have never been displeased with its performance.

**update Collar won’t charge at all now, we’ve tried all we can think of, more than 1 cable, different plugs, tried hard resetting the power. It flashes a quick green light when we plug in - but hours later, still won’t work. For the life of me, we couldn’t figure out how to reach out to them for the 1 year warranty…. Hoping they see this and will email us back?Up until today (maybe 45 days of use) it’s been decent.*** original rating 4 stars ***When our last collar got sprayed by a skunk (dog won't learn) -- we pitched it and needed a replacement. Unfortunately, Amazon no longer sells that one - so we found this model. It's good enough, priced right and functional in our property limits (0.5 acre+).Our only 2 griefs are 1) the collar material is flimsy and the adjustable buckle often slides and it gets progressively loose. Might need to look at a safety pin or similar object to keep the fitnment. 2) the collar charging port uses a rubber "puck" to keep the port water resistant - no issues, other than it isn't attached and has fallen out a time or two (thankfully in the house where we find it).For the money, it's good enough - not amazing, but not junk or vaporware. Finally, the lock function - I am hoping these manufacturers figure out that we really only want the lock on the shock function. Who cares if you accidentally beep or vibrate the dog -- it might confuse them, but it's not harmful or painful like a misplaced zap could be.
