Our Maltese puppy can destroy just about anything that she can chew, but not this. I'm amazed at the amount of abuse that this thing has taken and it looks the same as the day it arrived.

Gave this to my pup at 4:00pm by 4:12 he had already manage to trip part of it open and get to the plastic (which I’m unsure how much he consumed). Needless to say, this product is NOT for aggressive chewers. For reference, I have a 63lb Labrador.

My dog destroys the majority of "made for heavy chewers" toys within an hour. But this toy has held up super well, would recommend 100%! The fabric feels tough and the ropes don't fray despite many tough-of-war games. Plus my dog loves playing with it.

This toy did not hold up any better than any other plushie with our Boston aggressive chewer. She is like a small alligator when it comes to toys. Found that antlers are the only thing she has not destroyed in a short time, a day at the most. Still has half of her antler after nearly 10 days!

As advertised, this duck is very well made with quality, strong canvas material. I was a little concerned at first that it would tear at the openings where the ropes pull through, but it's held up through several games of tug o' war with no apparent damage. She immediately went for the beak to gnaw it off, but has been unsuccessful so far. I can recommend this product for a small to midsized dog. Not sure about a large dog known for it's bite strength, though. I don't believe there's a product they can't destroy.

Bought primarily for my puppy as she has chewed through, shredded, de-stuffed and destroyed most of the toys I got for her 3 months ago.The rope part lasted only a few hours before she had nawed through the rope and has started to unravel in sime areas. She has not yet shredded the material of the body, but that is only a matter of time until that happens. My older dog enjoys it too and he does not have a vendetta against every toy he comes across. So it would last a while if it was only him playing with it

This product keeps them active in playing tug a war even when the duck and it's stuffing is gone. But the duck rips apart fast and the rope comes apart. So be careful your pups don't swallow any of the string.

This toy is well made and has different things and textures for a normal dog that likes to chew and play with. My dog is something else and would rather play with this old dirty, tore up toy that she may have had for a couple of years. I just got my baby girl a few months back and spent a fortune on all new toys, beds, blankets but she prefers the old ones that the previous owner gave her. I guess, those are her comfort toys. I would love to throw that old dirty thing away and have her play with this one as it is really a wonderful, quality and fun looking toy. For reference, she is a mini-Schnauzer, and it is lots big for her.
