This is my third order over last 3 years. Much better than "cone of shame"... Bought it for upcoming spay surgery for my pup. Used exactly same kind for two of my other dogs. Too bad they are all different size, so I can't re-use it. I love that I don't have to completely remove it for pup to go potty, and it's very easy to untuck and after all done, reattach to protect the post surgical stitches.

My dog had a massive sore on her underside and no matter what I tried, she kept getting at it and making it worse. this suit was a little big, I chose a size up so it wouldn't rub, but at times it seemed too big.The design was excellent and easy to adjust when I took her out to go to the bathroom and she didn't get at her wound when wearing it.It arrived quickly and her vet approved of my choice. It was so easy to wash and the double panel on the inside kept it from oozing to the outside.

Great fit for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel female for spay surgery. This suit actually calmed her down, keeps her from licking. Word of advice, you do need to take your pup out for pee stop. You attach to straps up top. After day 2 wore as a tip and occasional full set up. Recommend buying 2 so you can wash one and have other on hand. She had a meltdown trying a blow up cone. This is a life saver. Highly recommend

Purchased for my 14 month old Golden Retriever, who just got spayed. Tried using the cone but she was to afraid to move in it. Purchased the XXL and it fit well, my girl is lean so it was a bit big but could adjust with Velcro straps. Easy enough to unwrap so they can go to washroom and then reposition for inside

Update: on night 3 he was somehow able to wiggle out of his suit! It was still fully velcroed, so that should tell you that a) the Velcro is super strong and b) my dog is a literal escape artist! Still a great product for the price!I purchased this the day after our puppy was neutered, and I wish I would have bought it before! We tried e collars, but they didn't work out, so I did the shirt trick and it worked okay but he hated it, and night 1 I realized he was Houdini in dog form and woke up to him nakey happily licking his stitches, plus I was constantly following him around and adjusting it. When I put this on him it was like our puppy was finally back he wanted to play and was no longer moping around the house. He seems comfy and we finally got some sleep!! Plus it is easy to roll up when nature calls.I purchased a size large after looking at the sizing chart because of his length. I wanted it to be loose enough to be comfortable but not so loose that he could reach his stitches. With the Velcro on the back it can easily be adjusted! Great product!

1. Item fits as described but please read the sizing charts and maybe buy a little bit bigger but charts are very accurate.2. I have three dogs and I'll have pretty laid-back temperaments that are all very big. They did very well with the post surgery outfits and being that we have a few of them my daughter thinks it's awesome because they get to wear outfits.For me this was a perfect substitute for a cone as the dog we used it for is big and clumsy like Clifford the big Red dog and dealing with a cone in our house with two other big dogs just would have sucked

Bought an inflatable cone and this surgical recovery suit for after our Golden Retriever’s neuter. The inflatable cone didn’t work, but this sure did! Was a little too loose so we criss-crossed the Velcro and it worked like a charm to keep him from licking. XXL for our 65 lb pup.

Our Yorkie got spayed and it was her first surgery so I wasn't sure how she'll handle it. Sure enough, the first 24 hrs after the surgery were a total nightmare, she didn't sleep at all, very anxious, hated her collar and I was a nerve wreck for a lack of sleep and also worried about her wound, because it wasn't covered with a dressing, so germs could get in. The next day this post-op suit arrived and the stupid cone went off. I put the suit on her and within 2 minutes she was asleep;) She looked so relieved and suddenly so comfortable and she's been that way ever since. Thanks to this suit, we all got a full night of sleep and her wound is healing very well also thanks to the material being super thin and breathable, not like the other similar suits we ordered to compare. It's easy to roll up and secure it on the chest when she needs to go potty. I also love the quality of the suit, it's all very well made, including the velcro stitching. I'm really impressed. If you wonder about the size, we have a medium size Yorkie weighing 15 lbs and the M fits her great.

We were heartbroken to see our dog with dammed Cone Of Shame, we couldn't walk properly, play, eat or anything.. and the way he looked at us.. OMG that was the killer! We tried several other products that promised the same but only this one achieved the goal! It was very easy to put and roll up for our dog to go that he will actually will wait for us to pull it up and roll it down every single time. Is like he understood this was way better than the cone! He was able to move, walk and play like nothing happened.. but he knew something did happened!! We removed some extra hair with a lint roll during the 3 weeks we used it before putting it on the laundry and strait to the dog from the dryer. While in cleaning we used a T-shirt that he always managed to remove. By the way, our dog is an English Golden Retriever and he was 12 months old.

Like all other reviews say, it is a very weird fit. My ACD's measurements are: 25" length, 29" chest, 16" neck.He is quite a long dog, so I didn't expect it to fit him well. But happily, it does cover his scrotum area. I got this for his neutering, but struggled to find surgical suits that didn't have female pee holes (which results in the male scrotum area to be entirely uncovered—totally defeating the purpose).The XL was the right length, but drooped a lot in the chest/stomach area (had to cross over back flaps over his back which makes it seem much easier to wiggle out of/uncover his tush). I also ordered a Large that fit better in the torso, a bit tight in length, but was much tighter in the neck. I think the Large fits him better as it will definitely stretch a bit.Shown in photo: XL size, L size, and him without it on for reference to body shapeAdditionally, there was a used Santa eraser that came in the packaging? While the eraser itself was horrifying, it's also concerning where this came from.

We purchased this for our male puppy post-neuter. He weighs 14# and the Medium fits perfectly. It's a nice soft, stretchy t-shirt material. There's no pee hole but you could cut one in if you wanted. When we take him outside, we undo the velcro flaps and fold the shirt up a bit so he won't pee on it, works pretty slick and you don't need to take it completely off. My only regret is I wish we would have bought two of them so if one gets dirty we'd have a spare. So far so good though.

I purchased one size small for our mini dachshund boy 1 year old pup to wear after his neuter surgery. We have a second older dog who grooms his "baby", so we were very worried that he would have too much licking access if the mini just wore a traditional cone after surgery. This suit was great for keeping them both away from this stitched area! A SUGGESTION would be to buy 2, so one can be laundered in case a piddle accident occurs (which happens more than we like from the mini.) The fit was great for a mini doxie, and it was easy to roll the suit up when he needed to go outside to potty. Note: This product is NOT PEE PROOF (nor was it advertised to be), so if you are wanting to use this suit to prevent accidents inside, this is not for you. BUT I found if you use a male dog belly band for pee accidents underneath the body suit, that works great! (I haven't found the belly band helpful previously, because the mini could easily squirm out of it, but with the body suit over it, it stays securely in place.) The bodysuit option is SO much more comfortable and less restrictive than wearing a cone. Now we have 2 bodysuits, and our mini is recovering well from his surgery.
