Step bracket was cracked, instead of shipping 1 ladder step with new bracket. Had to take it back apart and ship back. I will be ordering another set of steps from another company.

These were delivered on 5/29/2024 and were assembled and dropped in the pool that day. Today, 6/1/2024 we noticed rust on them. They’ll be returned.

This pool ladder was in the water 32 days !!!!!!!! Rusting around water line on both sides. Have bought from Doheney’s for years. Their excuse for rust on a stainless steel ladder was water not stabilized correctly and no other reason. Never admitted the ladder was cheaply made. This ladder replaced one that was 20 years old. The problem is the ladder was made in China with the cheapest grade of stainless, if it was stainless, and didn’t hold up for a month! I was shocked they would sell an inferior product. I will buy my pool products from another company from now on. With the insane price for chlorine, which will never come down, looks like they could sell higher quality parts. But everyone is about money. Keeping the customer happy is long gone. They don’t care. Sad.

this ladder is a full 12" shorter into the water than our original. If you have bad knees this ladder is not for you. Also it sits cockeyed as it's also and inch shorter from the mounting holes to the pool wall.

So, within a year it looks like there is a little rust or discoloration on ladder where screws go in. I'll have to see what happens next year...
