I bought this item thinking that I was getting a plus size swim short for swimming. What I got was a size 24 that could not even fit my petite 8 year old. It wouldn't even fit an infant. I was quite shocked when I received this package. I read all of the reviews to see if anything suggested that this was for a very small child and most comments were about plus size woman finding the right swimwear. I am returning this item.
