Material and construction are good. Holds a 70lb bag with ease and the shock absorbing spring works well. The adjustable screw prevents any rattle when the bag swings.

If you're wondering if you should get this for a heavy bag - I highly recommend it.I got this to hold a heavy Fairtex bag for my husband - he uses this every day and its so solid and stable. We've had this for 3 months

I have a four inch beam and bought the correct size but the locking mechanism didn’t reach the span of the four inch beam. With some modification on my end, it worked.

Hanging bracket is wearing after using twice. Not quality material. Wouldn't recommend.
