Warning the ball shaft spring was able to be installed, but then the insert for the lever was too big so could not lift to add water.... goofy design by Dometic. Bummer. Spent hours to install to realize we had a bad part. The research continues for the real part on this.... had to put the old one back for now.

Relatively easy to install, have done 4-5 now. Wouldn't buy anything other than Dometic brand as the effort to install is much more than the savings, have heard others say the same.

Une merveille pour le prix, enfin plus d'odeur de toilette dans la roulotte, je recommande de le remplacer aux 10 ans et vous n'aurez pas de mauvaise odeur que j'ai eu et j'ai appris que le caoutchouc perd son étanchéité avec le temps, un gros oui, je recommande, et très facile à remplacer pour une personne pas très manuel.

System would not hold vacuum and toilet held water. Replaced duckbill valves and bellows - still wouldn’t hold. Finally after much research replaced the shaft seals and it now holds a vacuum all day! Fairly straightforward to install - lots of videos on YouTube.

I highly recommend watching as many YouTube videos first. This is not very easy to install. It will be helpful to have GOOD patients and small hands. Any RVer should be able to do this.

This worked for our sealand 210 rv toilet. I wanted the brass instead of the plastic shaft and am glad I went with this one. I was worried I needed a new pedal or valve but this kit solved our issue.

I purchased this kit for a model 310 based on the Q&A section and a Dometic customer support response saying that it does fit the 310. I does not fit the 310. The flapper, valve, shafting is all different. This was actually a warehouse item purchase and now I am unable to return it. I am disappointed.

The brass shaft is so much better and more sturdy than the plastic shaft. If you’re planning to live in one and are making upgrades for longevity this is a necessary upgrade to your toilet. I will admit that it’s a pain to install. You have to hand screw the pin to the ball valve as much as it’ll go and then press the brass pin in from the outside of the toilet to get the ball valve to bend in so you can tighten the screw down as far as it will go. It’s really a two person job or it’s easier as such. Anyway I’m happy with the finished results.

The old one was difficult to get out but the new one went in without issue. The only thing is make sure you clean the old ball seal really well or it will still leak. (Or put in a new seal)
